Yizhen Jia

Yizhen Jia studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, General Medicine and Acupuncture at Gansu Traditional Chinese Medical College for five years, and graduated with a BSc if 1984. She then went on to postgraduate studies in gynaecology at Tianjin College of Traditional Chinese Medicine for three years, gaining her MSc there in 1988, and in Medical Microbiology at the University of Surrey the following year.

Since 1990, she has been working as a lecturer and clinical tutor in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine at the British College of Acupuncture and the London School of Acupuncture, and most recently at the University of Westminster. She also has two private practices in London and has been named as one of "London’s top 100 doctors" by the Evening Standard Magazine.

Yizhen specialises in treating gynaecological diseases, digestive disorders, and skin conditions.
